  • How do I reserve a puppy that I like?

To reserve a puppy, you will need to contact us first to answer some questions and be sure your puppy is still available.  Then, place a non-refundable $500 deposit.  As soon as we receive your deposit we will consider the puppy sold.  Deposits can be made by Paypal, bank wire transfer, cashier check, US Postal Money Order or cash.  The remaining balance must be paid within 10 days and/or before your puppy is delivered or picked up.

What age do your puppies go to new homes?

I keep all of my puppies until a minimum age of 8 weeks old.   It is very important for puppies to stay with their littermates as long as possible.  This is where they learn to socialize and learn what is acceptable and what is not.  Taking a puppy too early may cause a dog to be insecure and become skitish, scared or agressive.  Please do not ask to get your puppy anytime before 8 weeks old.

Do your puppies have a health guarantee?

Yes!  All of our puppies are sold with a written health guarantee which covers genetic/hereditary and viral/bacterial conditions.  You will receive the guarantee to sign before the puppy is delivered or picked up.

What kind of registration will my puppy come with?

All of our puppies are eligible for AKC registration.  Most of the time your puppy will have registration papers when you get him/her.  Sometimes, we will have to mail them to you shortly after you get your puppy.  If your puppy is FCI registered, please allow up to twelve months to receive the registation.

What are the options for Shipping my puppy?

We can ship your puppy safely by air.  We do not ship puppies if the temperatures are expected to exceed 75° F.  or below 20°F.  All puppies will have be examined by our veterinarian and issued a USDA Health Certificate.  Shipping is an additional $250 if needed.  Our shipping fee includes:  Airline approved pet carrier, health certificate and airline ticket.

We also offer Personal Puppy Nanny escorts.  If you prefer, we have someone that will escort your puppy throughout the flight and meet you at your nearest major airport. A Nanny escort will be required if weather conditions will not allow your puppy to fly, or if it is your personal preference.  Please note:  Only puppies under 20 lbs are eligible for Nanny escort.

Is shipping my puppy by air safe?

Yes.  Puppies do well shipping.  I will insure your puppy for his/her value. After we deliver your puppy to the airport, you and the airlines will be responsible for your puppy.  I provide my phone number for the airlines to contact me if any situations may arise (change of schedule, delays, etc.)

Puppies are transported in a climate controlled, pressurized area of the aircraft as well as delivery/pickup locations.

We make every effort to avoid multiple and long layovers.  Our first choice is direct flights to you.

Will you be available for assistance for the life of my puppy?

Yes.  We will always be available to answer any questions you may have about your bulldog.  We are commited to our puppies for their life.  In the rare case that you may need to find a new home for your bulldog, we are available and prefer to help assist you with this.

    Are your prices negotiable?

No.  Sorry, we feel that our prices are fair for the quality of puppy you are buying.  We evaluate all of our puppies based on the AKC standard set for the breed.  We take into consideration the conformation, pedigree, temperment and color/markings.

    Do you take payments?

Sometimes.  The puppy must be paid in full before leaving us.  You are welcome to make payments until your puppy is ready to go.  We also will take deposits and payments on upcoming litters (bred females only).  This will allow you a couple of months until your puppy is ready to go.

What do you feed your puppies?

I feed all of my puppies Nutro's Natural Choice Lamb & Rice Puppy food.  I have found that the puppies do very well on this food.  My adult bulldogs get the adult version and we don't have any dogs with gas or allergic reaction.

What should I do when I get my puppy?

First, it is important to use bottled water.  Slowly acclimate your new puppy over a period of 10 days to your own water.   Second, Keep your puppy on the same food, if you need to change it, do it slowly over about 10 days.  Lastly, remember your puppy is young and probably a little stressed from the environment change.  Try to give your new puppy lots of rest for the first week.  Short play sessions are fine with his/her new family and toys, but security is very important and an overwhelmed puppy does not feel secure.

How do I housebreak my puppy?

There are many methods.  Each puppy plan should be individualized.  The best advice I have is "Consistency"!  You have to consistently take your puppy outside.  The best times are after any food or water and after napping, in the morning and before bed.  Wait outside with your puppy until he/she goes and then have a celebration if they go outside.  Your puppy will be happy if you are happy
